​Upward Bound Program
Upward Bound is an academic enrichment program that opens the windows of opportunity to a postsecondary education. This is a federally funded program that provides its services free to selected students. The goal of the Upward Bound Program is to academically prepare low-income, first-generation college students to enroll and graduate from the four-year college/ university of their choice.
